Banksia is a Raclette style semi-hard cheese that has a natural rind, with a paste that is firm and elastic, yet creamy & melty, packed full of sweet-grassy and buttery-savoury flavours.
It has a smooth & supple paste with earthy aromas, creamy and nutty flavour and excellent savoury finish; when matured it becomes more pungent and umami over time.
