Location: Le Cheeserie (Capital Food Markets – 3hr underground free parking)

Price: $70 adults, $50 children

Say goodbye to the Canberra cold in the best way we know how, with gooey, melty Raclette! Join us for one last cosy night in 2025 at the Capital Food Markets.

Here’s what’s included:

  • Kick off the night with a Raclette masterclass, exploring how this cheese varies across different countries, hosted by the Le Cheeserie team
  • Taste a selection of Raclette from Switzerland, France and Australia
  • Enjoy a feast of potatoes, cured meats, pickles, vegetables, bread and more, melt your cheese and grill your toppings right at your table
  • A welcome drink on arrival (house white, sparkling, beer or San Pellegrino), with additional drinks available for purchase on the night
