Matured in the underground cellars of Marcel Petite at Fort Saint Antoine on the border of France and Switzerland in the Franche-Comtè. La Couronne is a semi-hard cheese that has developed a dense and smooth texture with a rich concentrated nutty texture finishing with a hint of caramel sweetness.
