At Le Cheeserie, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., cheeses, dairy products) unless they arrived damaged or spoiled (we provide all deliveries with ice packs at time of delivery).
- Please note we do not take responsibility of items once delivered. They will be delivered with ice packs; however if you are not home at time of delivery and have opted for us to leave your order, we are unable to provide returns of spoiled products.
- Gift cards.
- Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded).
- Return Process: Contact us on lecheeserie@gmail.com or call 0433 089 086 to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed for items that are eligible for return (see above). If you received a damaged or spoiled product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the damage or spoilage
- Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in certain circumstances (e.g., items not in their original condition, items returned more than 14 days after delivery).
Delivery
- If you have contacted us regarding delivery and organised a delivery date and time for an additional cost. This is cost non-refundable if you are receiving a full refund for products.
